How we work

A clear, respectful process for NSW landowners

From your first request to follow-up, we assess carefully, communicate clearly and manage feral animals responsibly. There is no charge for the advertised community assistance.

Four stages

A clear, respectful process from first call to follow-up.

Every property is different. We assess before we act, and not every request results in an on-site operation.

  1. Step 1: Request Assistance

Send the short enquiry form or give us a call. Tell us where your property is and which animals are causing concern.

  2. Step 2: Discuss Your Property

We talk through your land, the problem, access, livestock and neighbouring properties so we properly understand the situation.

  3. Step 3: Plan Responsible Management

We consider site suitability, safe practice and the most appropriate, humane approach, and tell you plainly if we are not able to assist.

  4. Step 4: Carry Out Appropriate Operations

Where it is suitable, operations are carried out safely and responsibly, with clear communication before and afterwards.

Our principles

What you can expect from us

  • Assessment comes first

We talk with you and assess the property before anything is planned. Not every request results in an on-site operation.

  • Safety and welfare

Safety for people, livestock, pets and neighbours, and humane treatment of animals, shape every decision.

  • Communication

We contact you using your preferred method, explain what is proposed and keep you informed.

  • Honesty about limits

Requesting help does not guarantee availability or approval. We tell you plainly where we cannot assist.

Technology and approach

Modern Equipment. Responsible Management.

Careful observation and good information lead to better decisions. Modern equipment helps us understand your property so management stays targeted, safe and humane.

  • Thermal observation

Helps us understand animal activity and movement across a property without disturbing it.

  • Night-vision equipment

Supports careful observation after dark, when many feral animals are most active.

  • Site assessment

We consider terrain, livestock, boundaries, neighbours and safety before anything is planned.

  • Responsible management methods

Humane, species-appropriate approaches that suit your property and the surrounding land.
